We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we ask that you review the product description and any available previews carefully before buying.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel a digital content purchase is lost once you have accessed or begun downloading the content, provided you were informed of this and gave your consent at the point of purchase.
However, if you experience a genuine issue with the product, such as a technical fault preventing access, a corrupted file, or if the product is materially different from what was described, we will of course resolve the issue or offer a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your name, order confirmation or receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refund requests.
