We sell digital information products, including but not limited to The Living Lean Method e-book and related supplementary materials. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
4. Delivery
Digital products will be delivered electronically, typically via email or through an online download page, immediately or shortly after purchase. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us.
5. Your Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases of digital content. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting immediate access to the digital content, and you understand that this means you lose your right to cancel once the download or access has begun.
